ghostferal is a social media content management tool for publishing AI and tech content across platforms including TikTok. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

2. Using the Service

You can use ghostferal to create, manage, and publish content to your connected social media accounts. You need to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country) to use this service.

3. Your Content

You own your content. By using ghostferal to publish content, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content to your chosen platforms. We don't claim ownership of anything you create.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Don't use the service for anything illegal or harmful
• Don't violate the terms of connected platforms (TikTok, etc.)
• Keep your account credentials secure
• You're responsible for the content you publish

5. What We Can Do

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. We can also modify or discontinue the service at any time — we'll try to give notice when possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

ghostferal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost content, account issues on third-party platforms, or service interruptions.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
